Come out and play in an all-girl environment. Open to K-12 girls from all states and DC.
Championship (at least 800) 4-SS, G/65 (JGP points available)
Reserve (U800 but at least 400) 5-SS, G/45
Novice (U400) 5-SS, G/30
Trophies To top 10 players and top 3 teams in Championship. To top 10 players and top 3 teams in Reserve. To top 15 players and top 5 teams in Novice. (Within each section a team's score is the sum of at least the top 2 scores and as many as the top 3 scores by players from the same school.)
Rounds Round 1: Championship at 9:30 AM; Reserve at 9:45 AM; Novice at 10 AM. Subsequent rounds will follow ASAP. Number of rounds and time control may change, based on number of players. Novice section should end by 4 PM; Reserve, by 5 PM; Championship, by 6 PM.
Entry Fee $20—if by Monday, 11/15 (online or received by mail). $25—if by Thursday, 11/18 (online). $30—if by Saturday, 11/20 (online or at the door)
Online Registration www.MidAtlanticGirls2010.Eventbrite.com A current US Chess Federation membership is required. When registering online for the tournament, a player without a current USCF membership should purchase a new USCF membership or renew her expired one. Or, before registering, go to www.USChess.org + click on "Join/Renew" at the top of the page. As a last resort, USCF memberships can be purchased or renewed at the door.
Mail Registration Must be received by Monday, 11/15. Include: player name, USCF ID #, section, grade, school, phone, email + check. Contact Chief TD for address.
Registration Desk 9:00-9:50 AM. If arriving late, must contact Chief TD to receive first-round bye.
Site Specifics Sets + boards will be provided; please bring a chess clock. Food will be available for purchase on site.

Parking at RPCS First, fill up the parking spaces (numbered or visitor) on the left. Then, fill up the parking spaces in the lower lot on the right.
